5. Loss of appetite and nausea

Many heart disease patients experience loss of appetite and/or nausea, even if they only ate a few bites. The reason is a build-up of fluid around the liver and intestines, which interferes with proper digestion. If you experience them all together, you should see your doctor immediately.
6. Difficulty breathing
Dyspnea or shortness of breath may be a strong feeling that you simply cannot breathe deeply. It often occurs in men and ladies up to six months before an attack. this is often usually a wake-up call of illness.
