Grains are good, right? So the bread must be good too? Well, not if it’s light bread made up of refined flours. White flour is stripped of all the nutritional fiber, minerals, and vitamins, and everyone you get is grain waste mixed chemically to realize the great white color. But behind it lies the danger of weight gain, thyroid damage, and organ damage. Go whole grain instead!
