Has Prince William made it clear that Queen Camilla is not his children’s stepmother?

Prince William has probably explained to his children that they have another grandmother named Diana, so they don’t get confused and suddenly hug Camilla because they think she’s their grandmother. It’s complicated sometimes, but the royals don’t see each other as often as you might think. For example, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis don’t spend weekends at Ray Mill House (Camilla’s home, where she retreats to spend time with her two children and grandchildren).

The children would eventually wonder why their grandfather, King Charles, is married to Queen Camilla if she is not their grandmother. We know that William and Princess Catherine have explained to their children that they have a grandmother Diana who is dead. I don’t know how they explain it to their children, but it will probably vary depending on the age of the children.

The children in Wales have a grandmother in Carole Middleton and a grandfather in Michael, and they now know that Camilla had her children and grandchildren. So she is the second wife of daddy’s father (William). Is it explained that Diana was married to King Charles? Are you saying that Charles had an affair with Camilla? I doubt it. The children will find out for themselves and then their families will answer the questions.

I have read that Camilla does not want to be William’s stepmother and agrees not to be a grandmother to George, Charlotte, and Louis. Camilla understands that and she has so much going on in her life that she is letting William and Catherine take the lead in the family. I think the royal family tries to get along as well as possible and wants to enjoy each other’s company as much as possible. There’s nothing wrong with Queen Camilla not being a grandmother to three other children – that’s fine! She’s okay with it, King Charles is okay with it, and Prince William is okay with it.
