Harry’s unsuitable and uncomfortable for the celebrity life Meghan Markle wants to lead

While Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, appears to be gearing up for a new career in show business and creativity, Prince Harry has shifted his focus to issues that have always been close to his heart.

According to one commentator, “the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s ambition to become a global humanitarian power couple” appears to have been temporarily “shelved.”

Journalist Alison Boshoff has analyzed the latest stories about Meghan and Prince Harry’s work and discovered a rift in their supposed mutual plans.

While the Duchess of Sussex has signed a solo contract with WME’s Hollywood agent Ari Emanuel, who will undoubtedly seek to consolidate her presence in the creative and entertainment industry, Harry would turn his attention back to charities and campaigns after a series of projects centered on his life and struggles, according to the judge.

This void has led the journalist to wonder “how much longer it will take Harry to turn his back on showbiz, which he is not cut out for and in which he seems uncomfortable.”

While Meghan likes to engage with a range of celebrity friends for her podcast Archetypes, the commentator explains in an article for the Daily Mail, Harry’s ideas for an audio series have instead focused on dialogues with political leaders around the world. Bloomberg recently claimed that one of the Duke’s plans was to interview Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin about their life-changing traumatic experiences. But, according to Boshoff, Harry has always focused on charity and service.

In March, the Duke himself said that what motivated him was “being of service to others.” Speaking at the Uplift Summit in San Francisco, organized by the coaching firm BetterUp, where he is an impact director, Harry said, “Personally, helping others brings me so much.” His passion for serving and supporting others is also reflected in the soon-to-be-released Netflix project, Heart of Invictus.

The documentary series, first announced in April 2021, focuses on the inspirational athletes of the Invictus Games: veterans and sick or wounded soldiers who overcome their challenges, in part through the power of sport.

Boshoff also noted that while Meghan grew up in show business and had her career in the industry, Harry was not as attracted to her.

When the Sussexes were interviewed by Oprah Winfrey two years ago, the Duke talked about their deals with streaming platforms Netflix and Spotify and said, “Netflix and Spotify, they’re…. were never part of the plan. We didn’t have a plan.

Boshoff also said of Meghan’s new partnership with her Hollywood agent, “She’s following the lead of her former boss Bonnie Hammer, an NBC executive who helped her get into Suits.”
