How to serve:
- Wrap. Fill and cut in half for a single wrap.
- Croissant. Toast a croissant, then fill.
- Lettuce. Wash and dry lettuce leaves and place them on a plate. Then fill with spoons and serve.
How much to serve per person:
If you are preparing the dish for a large group, party or event, increase the quantity. This is the rule of thumb I use to calculate the amount per person.
- Sandwiches and wraps = 4 – 7 ounces per person
- Salad bowls = 4 – 6 ounces per person
- The main course = 8 ounces per person
