⇒ 1 chicken breast

⇒ Olive oil

⇒ 1 cda. by perejil

⇒ 1 tbsp thyme

⇒ 1 cda. from orégano

⇒ Shall

⇒ Pepper

⇒ Mass for medialunas

⇒ Mozzarella rallada

⇒ 3 cups of flour

⇒ 3 eggs

⇒ 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs

1.In a bowl, place the chicken breast, dried parsley, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil and stir to combine. Place the chicken in a frying pan and cook on both sides until the internal temperature reaches 165º. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and let it cool.

2.Using the croissant dough, form a rectangle. Place the dough with cheese and a piece of chicken on one side. Add another layer of cheese over the chicken and fold over the remaining batter to make a pillow. Squash the edges of the dough with a fork.

3.Pass the pillow through flour and egg and finally through the seasoned breadcrumbs.

4.Fry in oil and remove when crisp.

5.Let cool slightly before serving. Serve along with marinara sauce to accompany.
