5. Don’t stay in the dark

Many women don’t tell their husbands how they feel because they don’t want to do anything. Or they are scared. The truth is, if you don’t speak, leave us in the dark. You don’t make life with us.
You make life around us. We don’t know the truth about you. Package and present parts of your life instead of spending your whole life with us. This creates a lever that does not stick. Couples grow and get stronger by overcoming adversity, not by living apart. Realize that every time you hold on to things you are building walls in the sacred space of relationship. No, we don’t want you to verbally hand us over. But believe it or not, we want to know how you are feeling.

It’s that simple, but we often forget that the relationship is a two-person game and that women aren’t the ones doing all the heavy lifting (although it sometimes seems to be). Appreciate your man! When he does something special for you, give him credit and thank him. It’s the little details that count and it’s good if you notice them.
