The Statue of Liberty may be a symbol that has become synonymous with the large Apple over the years. Officially, though, it’s not even located within the same state! The statue belongs to Jersey City, New Jersey.

The US is leading the charge within the new trend. It’s a statistic that’s starkly different than how things were within the past. In 1940, only 3.8% of babies were born to unmarried women. By 1969, the amount had risen to around 10%.
