Yes, King Charles has let in be leaked that Harry and Meghan would still be invited to the coronation even after the cringe-worthy attacks and blatant lies put forward by the American couple. Granted, this is before Harry’s memoir is released, but it appears Harry’s father wants to look benevolent.
I cannot think of why the King would have the couple over for the coronation unless his strategy is to remain silent unless truly important facts must be asserted, and to let the couple decide if they should attend the grand event. I do think King Charles has a strategy, and I don’t think he’s being weak. Rather, the King is killing them with kindness.

How so? Public opinion of the couple is at an all-time low after the Netflix series. The people in the UK loathe them, and even the American press are talking about the whining and poor-me attitudes playing out when Harry and Meghan live in the lap of luxury. Granted, most people don’t realize the couple are in debt up to their eye-teeth, but we all know Netflix was willing to pay $100 million initially when this deal was signed in 2020.
Even Meghan’s cohort and friend, Gayle King, had to say on her news show that Harry and Meghan’s reality show looked “dicey”. Even Gayle, Oprah’s right hand woman, could not ignore the obvious, though I’d wager she wished she could help her friend out right now. But the reviews have come out, and the press and people want the oversaturated, mendacious couple to go away.

It could be that this was anticipated by King Charles, or he could be a father who won’t totally shut his son out. The money handouts are done, thank goodness, but a good father won’t shut the door completely unless absolutely necessary. I also believe the King is running this by advisors and more importantly, his wife, Queen Camilla. I trust her reasoning in this.
Based on what I observed during the public mourning period and funeral for Queen Elizabeth this past September, people seem more reticent to show publicly how they felt. In this day of cameras everywhere and doxxing, in addition to the depths to which many ardent followers of the Harkles go to in order to show their devotion to Meghan’s cause (making trouble for the royal family); people didn’t boo much, they still shook hands, though I enjoyed the onlookers who refused, and nobody turned their back to the couple.

I do understand this was out of reverence for Queen Elizabeth. So what does it mean for her son, Charles III? He’s more vulnerable to the frustrations of the people. The King has not reigned for long, and his son is causing trouble, so I think this time for a coronation the people will show how they feel. Not everyone, but shouting? Yes. The press will shout, the people will boo, even if it’s the King who’s passing by, and Charles might witness ugly sights.
Knowing this, will Harry and Meghan have the temerity to attend? They shouldn’t. But these are the two who couldn’t be bothered to visit a dying Queen who asked Harry to stop by Balmoral while he was in Windsor this past September. Then when the Queen died they never left to take care of Archie. They clung on to the royals wanting to look like they still belonged, except they fooled very few.

And Meghan, in her utter depravity, insisted on traveling to see the Queen now that the scene was juicy and she could play the sad in-law who had loved the Queen so sweetly in life. Except Meghan fools nobody with a brain, which is precisely why America has turned on her and her hapless husband. He’s witless, and she full of guile, which makes for very ugly scenes.
They should not show up.
If they know what’s good for them, Harry and his wife have no business being in London. This time they could actually receive more than boos, but try telling Meghan that. They just won’t stop. I believe the situation could become very ugly very quickly. This is one invitation Meghan needs to turn down.
