I believe Harry still loves Prince William, but the latent jealousy he harbors for his brother has been encouraged to escalate and surface by his wife Meghan. For a long time, Harry gave the impression that he only wanted William, but now we know that he wanted the destiny and determination that his older brother possessed.

Harry was the prankster who decided not to succeed in school because William excelled there. Both boys had to deal with grief, but they handled their mother’s death differently. Prince William grieved privately, but he wanted to make his mother proud, so he did what he could. Harry, on the other hand, chose to numb his grief with alcohol and drugs. Harry partied rampantly, and while William sometimes overindulged in alcohol, Harry often made headlines for his excesses.
The brothers were close in their dealings with Prince Charles’ second wife, as they had deep feelings for Camilla, and not all of them were good. But while William thawed and began to appreciate his stepmother and the way she made his father happy, Harry chose to continue to hate Camilla. This affected Harry’s relationship not only with Camilla but also with his father. Few have mentioned how Harry’s determination to remain angry with Camilla affected his relationship with Prince William.
