Wales Skip Easter Spotlight with Grace and Class

When they heard that Sandringham Welsh was holding an Easter service at 11 am, around 150 people turned up. Not wanting to be seen, they went out the back entrance. I like this group because if they want to be the center of attention, they do it easily by showing off their work.

But if they don’t want to, they know how to keep a low profile and enjoy life in silence. Yesterday, they could easily have been the center of attention if they had entered through the front door to welcome their guests. Their photos would have been on the front page of any newspaper, pure and simple.

But instead, they chose the back entrance, allowing those who needed the spotlight to have it. Ironically, there was more focus on their absence than on the ones present.

Prince William Is Not “Thin-Skinned”
He doesn’t need external validation and doesn’t care about criticism. As he said last year when asked, “What do you think of the criticism that Homeward has received?

“I think if I responded to all the criticism, I’d be sitting here all day. But you know, the criticism drives me.”

The end. He is a confident man who is comfortable in his skin. He has all he needs and wants with Catherine and their children.

As a royal aide stated to The Times last Easter 2024: “The family ‘bubble’ he and Catherine have created is his top priority. After school, it’s just the five of them at home.” “All William wants to do is protect his wife and children. The family just want to go away for Easter, spend time together—the five of them—close off from the world.” That is it. All William wants and needs, he already has at home—and in his bed.

So Let the Critics Cry

Let them have a psychosis and a full-blown seizure online. William will not change course, and he will not explain himself either.

They will simply cry and come back, tail between their legs, because what else is there for them to talk about?

Why We Admire Them

What makes Wales so admirable is their ability to balance public duty with private life. They are not afraid to step into the limelight when necessary, but they also know when to step back and prioritize what truly matters: family.

In a world obsessed with noise and spectacle, their quiet confidence and deliberate choices stand out. They remind us that true strength lies in knowing who you are, and what you value, and staying true to that—no matter the chatter around you.

So let the critics rage on. For Prince William and Catherine, the spotlight is merely a tool, not a necessity. And that, my friends, is something worth celebrating.
