As the Daily Mail reported yesterday, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis attended the Gone Wild Festival celebrations at Holkham Hall in Norfolk.
The royal trio, accompanied by their parents, even took part in an intense Nerf war with toy guns and smoke bombs. Georgina Barron, the boss of Norfolk Nerf Parties, shared the surprise on Instagram: “I was called to the production team’s office and informed that a very special VIP family had requested to play Nerf wars.”
The Prince and Princess of Wales and their three children arrived with friends and family. They asked us if we could offer them a non-stop high-intensity game of Nerf and, naturally, Norfolk Nerf did what it does best.
Mrs. Barron added: “My sons, Euan Barron, Jenson Barron, and Junior Barron, had the great honor of participating in the war of nerves with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and the adorable Prince Louis, who happily shouted: ‘Come on, nerves or no nerves, let’s go!’ I’m still overwhelmed by the unforgettable experience we had.”
Ms. Barron added that the Nerf warriors had their faces painted and that they all ran together. They also played a children’s game called tag, where they sank in the mud.
Ms. Barron further revealed that the family had requested no protocol and “just wanted a wholesome family day like any other normal family.” She mentioned that Catherine “grabbed a Nerf gun, ran around, and played stuck in the mud with her kids.”
Shell Lancaster, who also attended the festival last weekend, shared on Instagram that while she was abseiling and helping others down a 12-meter wall, Prince William and Princess Catherine were assisting their children as they descended the wall. She also revealed that, alongside the Wales camp invitees, Bear Grylls was present.
“I love, love, love to hear this and have even more respect for the Wales and the Norfolk community. No pictures were taken.”

This is how you recognize a couple who married for love and life: Even amid challenges and uncertainty, they quietly and privately enjoy their marriage and family life, continuing to prioritize each other.
William and Catherine have built a strong marriage that has become their safe and happy bubble, where they draw their happiness and strength. This is why their brand is so wholesome and inspiring.
They exemplify the very important institution of family and marriage in its most traditional and basic tenets: A man who cherishes his wife, protects, and provides for his family; A woman who respects and adores her husband, protects his privacy and raises their family. Their three adorable children are being raised by their parents with loving discipline, as well as emotional, physical, and intellectual literacy.
When you understand that, you know why all of the Wales haters are so hurt to see their family pictures and why they are so desperate to tarnish and attack the Wales marriage and family.
Brand Wales is genuine and wholesome; their love story is genuine and wholesome; their interactions are genuine and wholesome; their family and marriage are genuine and wholesome.
