A 2013 study looked at the effects of massage on a group of people with arthritis. Half of the participants received a light pressure massage, the other half a moderate pressure massage.
After 4 weeks, the second group, who received a moderate message, felt less pain in the affected joints as well as more freedom of movement and more grip.

The Arthritis Foundation stated that massage decreased the production of the stress hormone cortisol and the transmission of pain signals in the brain.

5. You can consume omega-3 fatty acids.

A recent review concluded that omega-3 fatty acids help reduce inflammation in the body, regulate the immune system, and improve symptoms of arthritis.
Omega-3 fatty acids have another important function in the body, they increase metabolism and promote fat burning. As a result, you will lose weight.

This relieves the affected joints and significantly reduces the pain. This fatty acid is found in nuts, cold-water fish (like tuna, sardines, or salmon), and hemp seeds, which are also rich in other anti-inflammatory substances. Thanks for the great ideas. I tried weight loss and massage, they were good and having massage was perfect for my whole body, but what really worked was vitamin D and a supplement containing (glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM).
