3. Constipation

Water promotes good digestion and regular bowel movements, keeping your stools soft and moving them easily through the digestive tract. If you don’t drink enough water, your body can draw water from the stool to compensate for the loss of fluid, resulting in harder, firmer stools that are harder to get through.
If your bowel movements are stained and uneven, try drinking more water to relax your stools and reduce constipation and swelling.
4.Cravings For Sugar
Dehydration impairs the body’s ability to reach glucose stores for energy and can cause cravings for foods high in sugar and carbohydrates. Unusual and sudden cravings for sugary foods like chocolate, buns, cookies, and sweets may indicate that your body craves water, not food.
If you experience sugar cravings or cravings even though you have just eaten, try drinking more water to rehydrate your body and prevent cravings.
