5. Urinate Less

When your body is dehydrated, the kidneys retain as much water as possible to maintain their function. This can decrease urination – one of the most common symptoms of low water intake. Lack of water can make your urine darker, more odorless, and cloudy. You may also be more at risk of urinary tract infections if your body does not have enough water to shed toxins and bacteria.
You know you drink enough water when you urinate more often, and the urine is clearer, clearer, and much less foul-smelling.
6. Your Eyes Are Dry
